2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. Do not share your login information with anyone. Logging out from shared devices is strongly recommended.
3. Platform Usage Rules

Aceplay88 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including suspending accounts, withholding balances, or referring cases to the relevant authorities where necessary.
4. Payments, Deposits, Withdrawals & MYR Transactions
All financial transactions on the aceplay88 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). aceplay88 accepts a variety of local payment methods, including online bank transfers, approved e-wallets, and other methods listed on the platform from time to time.
Users are responsible for ensuring that the account holder name on their payment method matches the name registered on their aceplay88 account. Withdrawal requests that do not meet this verification requirement may be put on hold until identity verification is completed.
Aceplay88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) before processing withdrawals above certain limits. This is standard industry practice and is designed to protect users from fraudulent activity. Processing times for deposits and withdrawals vary depending on the payment method chosen.
Any taxes, duties, or charges imposed by a bank or e-wallet provider are the user's sole responsibility. aceplay88 does not bear any third-party costs associated with a user's financial transactions.

Aceplay88 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, breach of terms, or activity that is harmful to the platform or other users. Prior to permanent closure, aceplay88 will endeavour to notify the user and settle any legitimate balance, subject to a satisfactory investigation.
Intellectual Property & Platform Content
All content on the aceplay88 platform — including logos, brand names, interface design, text, graphics, software code, and other visual elements — is the exclusive property of aceplay88 or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from aceplay88. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.
